Aloe swynnertonii Rendle (1911)

DESCRIPTION: stemless, solitary, leaves 35-75x7-10 cm, dark green with white spots, teeth 4-5 mm, 10-25 apart. Inf. to 200 cm high, 8-12 branches, racemes capitate, flowers orange-red.
Synonymy: Aloe chimanimaniensis Christian (1936), Aloe melsetterensis Christian (1938)
DISTRIBUTION: RSA, Zimbabwe, Mosambik, Malawi
CULTIVATION: Easy to grow, not common plant.
